Pricing covers the Fire Safety module — fire risk assessments and fire door inspections. Upcoming modules such as asbestos and water hygiene will be priced per module, so you only pay for the assessments your team delivers.
How the seat model works
A seat is capacity for one named team member. Your subscription quantity is your seat count; active members plus pending invitations can never exceed it. Adding a seat charges the prorated amount immediately and sends the invitation once payment is confirmed. Removing a member frees their seat instantly; removing a seat takes effect from the next billing period. Roles — owner, assessor, QC — control who can manage billing, who does the field work and who signs reports off.

How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay one monthly price for each seat on your plan. A seat is capacity for one named team member — assessor, QC reviewer or owner. Your subscription quantity equals your seats; members and pending invitations can never exceed it.
How do I add a seat?
From the account page, enter the new team member’s email and choose "Add seat & invite". The prorated amount for the current billing period is charged to the card on file immediately, and the invitation is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.
What happens when I remove a seat?
Removing a seat takes effect from your next billing period — there is no partial refund for the current one. Removing a team member frees their seat instantly for a new invitation.
Can two assessors share one seat?
No. Seats are per named user, protected by multi-factor authentication and a two-device session limit. Sharing logins undermines the audit trail that makes your reports defensible.

How do I pay, and can I get invoices?
Billing is handled by Stripe — card payment, VAT invoices and billing history are available from the self-serve billing portal in your account. Prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your location, and VAT-registered businesses can enter their VAT number at checkout.
